Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll be updated by email about issues such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
We use tracked shipping by Poste Italiane as carrier.
Shipping costs will be show at the checkout and are all variable.
The extimated delivery time is 1 day for Italy, 2 days for Europe, 3-10 days for the rest of the World.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info[at] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
