This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds of purchases made through our website or authorized retailers.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Eligible Products
- Physical products in their original, unused condition
- Physical products with intact original packaging
- Products purchased directly from FSD or authorized retailers (with proof of purchase)
Ineligible Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Electronic font downloads
- Digital icon packs
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
RETURN TIMEFRAME
- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns received after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional restocking fees or rejection.
REFUND DETAILS
Physical Products
- Eligible returns will receive a refund of 80% of the original purchase price.
- The remaining 20% constitutes a restocking and processing fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Products
- Digital products (fonts, icons, etc.) are generally non-refundable due to their nature.
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate Your Return
- Email info@fsd.it with your order number and reason for return
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 2 business days
- Returns without an RA# may not be accepted
- Prepare Your Return Package
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include your RA# prominently on the outside of the package
- Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition
- Ship Your Return

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- FSD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at info@fsd.it within 48 hours of receipt
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect
- Do not return the item without instructions from our team
Damaged or defective items may qualify for:
- Full replacement at no additional cost
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- Partial refund if you choose to keep the item
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:
- Return the unwanted item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
